We honor tradition using the Bilona method:
Curdling: Fresh milk becomes curd.
Churning: Curd is hand-churned to separate butter.
Clarifying: Butter is slow-cooked into ghee.
The result is a pure, shelf-stable fat, a staple of Ayurvedic wellness capturing the raw energy of the mountains.
